Welcome to Vorexi Shop ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing our pet toys and supplies, or interacting with our services, you ("User," "Customer," or "Buyer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our store or making purchases.

1. Acceptance of Agreement & Modifications

Binding Contract: By placing an order with Vorexi Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unreservedly agreed to these Terms of Service, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
Right to Modify: Vorexi Shop reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Strict Final Sale & No-Return Policy

All Sales Are Final: Every transaction processed through Vorexi Shop is final. We maintain a strict no-return, no-exchange, and no-refund policy on all pet products, toys, accessories, and supplies.
As-Is Disclaimer: All goods are sold "as is" and "as available." Vorexi Shop disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Zero Exceptions: No exceptions will be made for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, incompatibility with your pet's behavior or chewing style, or change of mind.

3. Limitation of Liability & Pet Safety Waiver

Use at Your Own Risk: Pet toys and supplies purchased from Vorexi Shop must be used in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and under human supervision.
Waiver of Damage Claims: Vorexi Shop shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including but not limited to property damage, veterinary bills, pet injury, choking, or death—arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from our store.
Maximum Liability Cap: In any event where Vorexi Shop is found liable by a governing authority, our maximum aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific item in dispute.

4. Shipping, Transit, and Delivery Risks

Carrier Transfer: Risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the third-party shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Vorexi Shop assumes zero liability for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or mishandled by postal services or courier companies once dispatched.
Incorrect Address Penalties: Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must pay all secondary shipping costs to re-dispatch the item. No refunds will be issued for packages lost due to customer address errors.

5. Damaged Items & Strict Reporting Window

48-Hour Notice Rule: Any claims regarding items arriving physically damaged due to transit or fulfillment errors must be reported via email to Vorexi.drop@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Failure to report within this window voids any right to a remedy.
Mandatory Proof: Claims must include unedited photographic or video evidence of the outer shipping box, shipping label, and the affected item.
Exclusive Remedy: Approved transit damage or mis-shipment claims will be resolved exclusively through a replacement of the exact item or store credit, at the sole discretion of Vorexi Shop. Cash or original-payment refunds are strictly prohibited.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vorexi Shop, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your misuse of any products purchased from our store.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contractual Waiver of Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate an unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor for reasons explicitly prohibited by our policies (such as buyer's remorse, pet disinterest, or failure to read product specifications).
Cost Recovery: In the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback initiated by the customer, Vorexi Shop reserves the right to submit these Terms of Service, customer logs, and delivery confirmations to the financial institution as binding proof of agreement, and to pursue collection actions to recover all financial losses, dispute fees, and legal costs incurred.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
